ปัจจุบัน เปลือกทุเรียนได้มีปริมาณมากขึ้นในท้องตลาด เนื่องจากคนจะซื้อทุเรียนไปเพื่อกินแต่เนื้อเท่านั้น เราจึงได้จัดทำโครงงานนี้ขึ้นเพื่อหาทางเพิ่มมูลค่าให้แก่เปลือกทุเรียน โดยการนำมาเผาให้เป็นถ่านที่สามารถดูดกลิ่นเหม็นต่างๆได้
