การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของผู้เรียน ที่เรียนด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนตามทฤษฎีการสร้างความรู้ด้วยตนเองตนเอง โดย Project-based Learning 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อกิจกรรมการเรียนตามทฤษฎีการสร้างความรู้ด้วยตนเองตนเอง โดยใช้ Project-based Learning กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาในสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ รวมจำนวนทั้งหมด -37 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการเรียนตามทฤษฎีการสร้างความรู้ด้วยตนเองตนเอง โดยใ Project-based Learning และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติ t-test (Dependent Sample) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผู้เรียนมีความพึงพอใจในทุก ๆ ข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในช่วง 3.98 - 4.40 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 0.46 -0.63 เมื่อพิจารณาค่าเฉลี่ยรวมพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.23 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.55
