ด้วยนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพภาควิชานิเทศศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงใหม่ ได้มีการจัดทำธุรกิจจำลอง "ปั่นฝัน ปันน้ำใจ CMRU Ride Charity" ซึ่งจัดขึ้น ในวันอาทิตย์ ที่ 12 กรกฎาคม 2558 เวลา 05:30-10:00 น. โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้นำความรู้ แนวทางทฤษฎีมาประยุกต์ใช้ในทางปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์ทางด้านนิเทศศาสตร์ การจัดกิจกรรมพิเศษอันเป็นการฝึกฝนกระบวนการคิดแก้ปัญหาในด้านต่างๆ และเป็นการส่งเสริมสุขภาพพลานามัยของผู้เข้าร่วมปั่นจักรยาน ให้มีสุขภาพแข็งแรงและช่วยอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนรายได้ส่วนหนึ่งหลักหักค่าใช้จ่ายจะนำไปช่วยเหลือเด็กกำพร้า มูลนิธิพรสวรรค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่
