การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาชีววิทยาและเปรียบเทียบทักษะกระบวนการวิทยาศาสตร์ ระหว่างการใช้ผังมโนมติรูปตัววีกับการสอนตามปกติ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนท่าวุ้งวิทยาคาร อำเภอท่าวุ้ง จังหวัดลพบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2559 ที่ได้มาโดยการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive หรือ Judgmental Sampling) มา 2 ห้องเรียน จำนวนนักเรียน 55 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้วิชาชีววิทยาโดยใช้ผังมโนมติรูปตัววี แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาชีววิทยา และแบบสังเกตทักษะการเรียนรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ดำเนินการสอนโดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ผังมโนมติรูปตัววี เรื่อง การลำเลียงน้ำ อาหารและการคายน้ำของพืช จำนวน4 คาบ แบบแผนการวิจัยเป็นแบบ Two-Group Pretest-Posttest Design สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ t-test for Dependent Samples ,t-test for Independent Samples และ t-test for One Sample
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาชีววิทยา ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 เรื่อง การลำเลียงน้ำ อาหาร และการคายน้ำของพืช ที่ใช้ผังมโนมติรูปตัววีสูงกว่าการสอนตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
2. ทักษะการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการทดลองของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ระหว่างการใช้ผังมโนมติรูปตัววีสูงกว่าการสอนตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
