According to ECA International(2013) ranking countries with high cost of living in ASEAN. Thailand ranked 7of ASEAN countries and 206 in the world. If you see a problem that might be superficial living in the country, the Thai will be don’t worried when compared with other countries. But if you try, you will be found that the cost of living is an issue that has long been in Thailand. Especially in the capital as Bangkok. People expect the government to help solve this problem. Therefore, this study’s purposes are to analyze solution to decrease level of stress from high cost living problem and to provide some technique such as money management and adaptation for survive in high cost living problem.
