สืบเนื่องจากที่ได้ประชุม ในวันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2559 ทางหน่วยงาน Compliance ได้มีการแจ้งในที่ประชุม
ว่า จะมีการส่งข้อมูลกลับไปยังต้นสังกัด เพื่อให้ทางต้นสังกัด update สถานะของเอกสารที่ควบคุมภายในแผนกอีกครั้ง และขอให้ส่งเมล์กลับมายังหน่วยงาน Compliance ภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2559 โดยทั้งนี้ได้มีการ update ฟอร์ม “รายการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับ” (F-CP-01-001) ตามไฟล์แนบ ขอให้ทุกหน่วยงาน update รายการเอกสารควบคุมลงในแบบฟอร์มใหม่ด้วยค่ะ
หลังจากที่หน่วยงาน Compliance ได้รับเอกสารครบจากทุกหน่วยงานแล้ว จะมีการประชุม Follow up ต่อไปค่ะ
