โครงการความร่วมมือระหว่าง ธนาคารออมสิน กับกรมคุมความประพฤติกระทรวงยุติธรรม จัดอบรมเยาวชนในความดูแลของกรมคุมประพฤติ ใช้หลักสูตรของการอบรมแบบลูกเสือ เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมของเด็กและเยาวชนที่ถูกควบคุมความประพฤติ ให้มีเจตคติที่ดีต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น รู้จักการช่วยเหลือ
เกื้อกูล ตระหนักรู้ในคุณค่าของตนเองและผู้อื่น อีกทั้งได้เรียนรู้การอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ รู้จักวางแผนชีวิตวางแผนด้านการเงิน ตลอดจนได้รับการส่งเสริมด้านการประกอบอาชีพที่เหมาะสม ก่อให้เกิดทักษะชีวิตอันเป็นคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน ปี 2556 จัดกิจกรรม จำนวน 4 รุ่นใน 4 ภูมิภาค
ได้แก่ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ขอนแก่น ชลบุรี และตรัง จำนวนรวมทั้งสิ้น 250 คน
