จะไม่ได้รับค่าทำงานล่วงเวลาแต่ต้องทำงานให้เสร็จสิ้นภายในเวลาที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้ หรือถ้าจะได้ค่าล่วงเวลาจะได้รับค่าทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ไม่เกิน 100 บาทต่อชั่วโมง
