สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นหลักฐานแสดงว่า
วันนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายประกอบด้วย บริษัท.........................................................................โดย......................................................................PARRSPOST NUMBER ............ซึ่งต่อไป นี้เรียกว่า ฝ่าย A กับนางสาว...................................................................PARRSPOST NUMBER...................................ซึ่งตอไปนี้ เรียกว่า ฝ่าย B ทั้งสองมีความประสงค์ที่จะทำสัญญาร่วมค้า โดยมีหน้าที่และข้อตกลงเป็นไปตามรายละเอียด ดังต่อไปนี้
1. ฝ่าย B มีหน้าที่ในการจัดหา ตราสารของธนาคารพาณิชย์ที่เป็นที่ยอมรับและถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย มาส่งมอบให้กับธนาคารพาณิชย์ของ ฝ่าย A ตามขั้นตอนและระเบียบของธนาคารที่กำหนด

3. ฝ่าย B ได้กำหนดผลประโยชน์ที่ฝ่าย A จะได้รับประกอบด้วย

3.4 อีกไม่เกิน 30 วัน จะต้องโอนเงินให้กับ ฝ่าย B ไปที่ธนาคารที่ ฝ่าย B กำหนด เป็นเงิน 50,000,000US
3.5 อีกไม่เกิน 30 วัน จะต้องโอนเงินให้กับ ฝ่าย B ไปที่ธนาคารที่ ฝ่าย B กำหนด เป็นเงิน 20,000,000US
รวมทั้งสิ้นเป็น 200,000,000 US
4.ฝ่าย A จะต้องส่งมอบตราสารให้กับฝ่าย B คืน ก่อนถึงกำหนดวันสิ้นสุด อายุของตราสารไม่น้อยกว่า 15 วันและหากไม่สามารถส่งมอบคืนได้ตามกำหนดตามสัญญานี้ ฝ่าย A รับว่าจะโอนเงิน จำนวน 1,000,000,000 US โดยจะกำหนดไว้ในสัญญาที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วย
สัญญาร่วมค้าฉบับนี้ถูกทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับมีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน ส่งให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายอ่าน รับว่าถูกต้องจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อไว้ต่อหน้าพยาน
