ปัจจุบันทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญและจำเป็นต่อการศึกษาเป็นอย่างมาก แต่การเรียนการสอนส่วนใหญ่มักถูกจำกัดไว้ให้ศึกษาแค่เพียงในหนังสือหรือตำราเท่านั้น ทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียนจึงไม่บรรลุผลเท่าที่ควร เพราะมีขอบเขตในการศึกษา และแหล่งเรียนรู้ไม่มีความน่าสนใจ นักเรียนจึงรู้สึกเบื่อ ทำให้ขาดความสนุกสนานในการเรียนรู้ คณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้จัดทำ สื่อการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อสร้างความสนุกสนานให้กับนักเรียน 2. เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ประกอบด้านสติปัญญาของนักเรียนให้เจริญงอกงามตามช่วงวัย 3.ปลูกฝังแนวความคิดหลักการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารกับบุคคล
