1 ฝ่ายอาคารจะประกาศให้ทราบก่อนล่วงหน้า เมื่อใกล้เวลาซ้อมหนีไฟ
2 ในเวลา 14.30 น. ทางฝ่ายอาคารจะห้ามรถทุกคันขับรถออกจากอาคาร และหากท่านขับรถจะเข้าอาคารในเวลาดังกล่าวจะถูกห้ามไม่ให้ขึ้นในอาคาร
3 สัญญาณจะดังในอาคารและสำนักงาน และเตรียมพร้อมอพยพเมื่อ ออด ดังขึ้น คุณพรทิพย์และ คุณนาวีจะเป็น ตัวแทนของ Security officer ของบริษัท คอยช่วยเหลือและดูแล
4. ให้พนักงานทุกท่านออกทางประตูหนีไฟ และไปรวมตัวกันที่ชั้น P9 แล้วจะเดินลงทางลานจอดรถจนถึงชั้นล่างไปหน้าอาคารรัจนาการ
