ข้อ ๒. ผู้ขายตกลงขายและผู้ซื้อตกลงซื้อสินค้าของผู้ขาย คือ ปุ๋ยชีวภาพ(ชนิดน้ำ)
ราคาลิตรละ 175 บาท (หนึ่งร้อยเจ็ดสิบห้าบาท) จำนวนสั่งซื้อ 2,000 ลิตร
รวมเป็นเงิน 350,000 บาท (สามแสนห้าหมื่นบาท)
 ผู้ซื้อจะต้องมารับสินค้าที่ช่องผ่านแดนไทย-กัมพูชาที่ช่อง.......................................
 ผู้ขายจะส่งของให้แก่ผู้ซื้อ ภายในกำหนด 15 วันนับแต่วันทำสัญญานี้
ข้อ ๓. ในวันทำสัญญานี้ ผู้ซื้อยินยอมจ่ายเงินมัดจำสินค้า 20% ของราคาสินค้าให้แก่ผู้ขายเป็นเงินสด จำนวนเงิน 70,000 บาท (เจ็ดหมื่นบาท)
 ในวันส่งมอบสินค้าผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระค่าสินค้าอีก 30% ของราคาสินค้าให้แก่ผู้ขายก่อนจะรับมอบสินค้า ณ ช่องผ่านแดนไทย-กัมพูชาที่ช่อง....................................... เป็นจำนวนเงิน 105,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนห้าพันบาท) รวมเป็นเงินที่ต้องชำระก่อนส่งมอบสินค้า 175,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนเจ็ดหมื่นห้าพันบาท)
 ผู้ซื้อคงค้าชำระค่าสินค้ากับผู้ขายอีกจำนวน 50% ของราคาสินค้าคิดเป็นเงิน 175,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนเจ็ดหมื่นห้าพันบาท) ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระค่าสินค้าที่ค้างชำระภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันทำสัญญา
ข้อ ๔. ในกรณีที่ผู้ซื้อไม่ชำระค่าสินค้าที่ค้างชำระไว้กับผู้ขายภายในเวลาที่กำหนด ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระเป็นดอกเบี้ยให้แก่ผู้ขายในอัตราร้อยละ 3 ของจำนวนเงินที่คงค้างชำระ
ข้อ ๕. หากคู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดผิดสัญญา ให้อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญา
และมีสิทธิเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายจากฝ่ายที่ผิดสัญญาได้ตามความเป็นจริง

สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับ(สองภาษา ไทย-กัมพูชา)มีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน คู่สัญญาต่างยึดถือไว้ฝ่ายละฉบับและทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ศึกษาเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญานี้ดีโดยตลอดแล้วจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อและประทับตราสำคัญไว้เป็นหลักฐานต่อพยาน

หมายเหตุ ถังสำหรับบรรจุปุ๋ยชีวภาพขนาด 30 ลิตร ทางฝ่ายผู้ซื้อจะต้องเป็นฝ่ายจัดหาเอง
