บทคัดย่อ
จัดทำขึ้นในรูปแบบโครงงานคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งผ่านกระบวนการการรวบรวมข้อมูลและการนำเสนอข้อมูลตามแบบโครงงานที่จะนำเสนอข้อมูลในเรื่องของ “อเมซิ่งเค้กกล้วยหอม” ที่มีอยู่ตามภูมิภาคของตนเองโดยทางผู้จัดทำและสมาชิกในกลุ่มจึงได้ตกลงกันที่จะทำโครงงานนี้ในเรื่อง “อเมสซิ่ง เค้กกล้วยหอม ”ซึ่งมีการนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนและวิธีการทำเค้กกล้วยหอมผ่านเว็บไซต์รวมถึงการนำเสนอโครงงานด้วย

บทนำ
1.1 แนวคิด ที่มาและความสำคัญ
ในปัจจุบันได้มีการนำสื่อการเรียนการสอนของหลายแขนงวิชามาประยุกต์ใช้ในระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่ผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาเรียนรู้ข้อมูลต่างๆ จากแหล่งข้อมูลและทรัพยากรที่มีการจัดเตรียมไว้ผ่านทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่มีการนำเสนอที่น่าสนใจ โดยจะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ศึกษามีอิสระและความคล่องตัวในการเลือกศึกษาในเรื่องที่ตนสนใจได้ทุกเวลา เพียงแค่ผู้เรียนมีคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่สมารถต่อเข้าอินเตอร์เน็ต (Internet) ก็สามารถเข้าศึกษาข้อมูลได้แล้ว ดังนั้นผู้จัดทำจึงได้มีความคิดที่จะพัฒนาสื่อนี้ขึ้น และเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการเรียนการสอนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ทางคณะผู้จัดทำจึงได้สร้างเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวกับแหล่งเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ในเรื่อง “อเมซิ่งเค้กกล้วยหอม”
1.2 วัตถุประสงค์
2.1 เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์เกี่ยวกับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เรื่อง “อเมซิ่งเค้กกล้วยหอม”ด้วยโปรแกรม Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0
2.2 เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เรื่อง “อเมซิ่งเค้กกล้วยหอม” ผ่านทางเว็บไซด์
