ด้านนายสมชาย ศักดิ์สุนทร อัยการจังหวัดหัวหิน ซึ่งเป็นหัวหน้าคณะทำงานควบคุมการดำเนินคดีน้องแก้ม กล่าวว่า ตอนนี้คณะทำงานพิจารณาคดีน้องแก้ม กำลังเร่งตรวจสอบสำนวน หากพบว่าสำนวนคดีมีความละเอียดรัดกุม ก็จะดำเนินการส่งฟ้องนายวันชัย หรือ เกม แสงขาว และนายณัฐกร หรือ หนึ่ง ชำนาญ ได้ทันที
