ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านท่าคร่าวน้อย ตำบลสบตุ๋ย ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองด้านทิศตะวันตก เป็นวัดพม่าที่สร้างขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2448 สมัยที่ลำปางเป็นศูนย์กลางการค้าขายและการทำป่าไม้ สถาปัตยกรรมที่สำคัญได้แก่ วิหารไม้ซึ่งมีหลังคาจั่วซ้อนกันเป็นชั้นเล็กชั้นน้อยสวยงามตามแบบศิลปะพม่า นอกจากนี้ยังนับว่าเป็นวัดที่มีการประดับตกแต่งภายในด้วยลายไม้แกะสลักและลายปูนปั้นลงรักปิดทองประดับด้วยกระจกสี ฝีมือประณีต วิจิตรสวยงาม
