คณะผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในการศึกษาตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้
1 ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ของแบบสอบถามทุกฉบับที่ได้รับคืน
2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถามที่เรียบร้อยสมบูรณ์ มาสร้างตารางและบันทึกข้อมูล
แต่ละตอนลงในเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
3 คณะผู้วิจัยได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสอบถามด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS (Statistical Package Social Sciences) โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
4.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยของความรู้ความเข้าใจในการเรียนการสอนกับอาจารย์ชาวต่างชาติแล้วแปลผลเฉลี่ยตามเกณฑ์ดังนี้
ค่าเฉลี่ย ระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจ
4.51 – 5.00 หมายถึง มากที่สุด
3.51 – 4.50 หมายถึง มาก
2.51 – 3.50 หมายถึง ปานกาง
1.51 – 2.50 หมายถึง น้อย
1.00 – 1.50 หมายถึง น้อยที่สุด
5. แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 4 แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด คณะผู้วิจัยนำมารวบรวมเสนอในรูปความเรียง
