Let’s begin with having a healthy diet. First, drink more water. This picture shows Adult humans should be drinking a liter or more water per day. That’s six to eight ounce glasses of water. Water keeps bodies at the correct temperature and removes toxins. And this next slide shows eat follow the food pyramid. You need to follow the food pyramid and should get 6 or more servings of bread and cereals, 2-5 servings of fruits and vegetables and 2 servings of dairy and meat. Doing this will make sure you get as many servings as needed to get all the necessary vitamins. You fats, oils, and sweets occasionally. Now you know how a having healthy diet is.
