ให้นายจ้างจัดให้ลูกจ้างทุกคนฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและฝึกซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟพร้อมกันอย่างน้อยปีละหนึ่งครั้ง
ทั้งนี้ให้ลูกจ้างของนายจ้างทุกรายที่ทำงานอยู่ภายในอาคารเดียวกันและในวันและเวลาเดียวกันทำการฝึกซ้อมพร้อมกัน

ก่อนการฝึกซ้อมไม่น้อยกว่าสามสิบวันให้นายจ้างส่งแผนการฝึกซ้อมดับเพลิงและฝึกซ้อมอพยพหนีไฟรวมทั้งรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการฝึกซ้อมต่ออธิบดีหรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีมอบหมายเพื่อให้ความเห็นชอบ
