งานประเพณีสงกรานต์ของชาวนครปฐม จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13-17 เมษายนของทุกปี บริเวณองค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์ไว้ซึ่งขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมอันดีงามของท้องถิ่นให้คงอยู่สืบไป

โดยมีหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน พร้อมใจกันจัดงานประเพณีสงกรานต์ขึ้น ในวันจันทร์ที่ 13 เมษายน เริ่มตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 น.ขบวนแห่พระร่วงน้อย ขบวนแห่นางสงกรานต์และหน่วยงานที่เข้าร่วมขบวนแห่พร้อมกันบริเวณถนนทิพากร (ข้างสำนักงานเทศบาลนครนครปฐมเดิม) ต่อจากเคลื่อนริ้วขบวนแห่ไปยังบริเวณองค์พระปฐมเจดีย์ ทางประตูด้านทิศเหนือตามเส้นทางที่กำหนด
