นำแบบสอบถามไปทดสอบกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ปี จำนวน 3ท่าน
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ
• ทดสอบว่าข้อความในแบบสอบถามมีความเข้าใจหรือไม่ (ถ้าไม่ควรแก้ไขอย่างไร)
• ปัจจัยที่แสดงในแบบสอบถามเป็นปัจจัยที่บ่งชี้การบริหารโครงการก่อสร้างบ้านจัดสรรหรือไม่
• มีปัจจัยอื่นๆเพิ่มเติมหรือไม่
• ท่านเห็นด้วยกับการจัดกลุ่มปัจจัยตามแบบสอบถามหรือไม่ (ถ้าไม่ควรจะปรับปรุงอย่างไร)
