Pattaya International Music Festival) เป็นเทศกาลดนตรีประจำปีของเมืองพัทยา มีการเชิญนักร้องไทยและนักร้องชาวต่างชาติ มาแสดงที่เวทีต่าง ๆ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันมีถึง 5 เวทีด้วยกัน และโดยปกติแล้ว เวทีใหญ่สุดจะอยู่ที่แหลมบาลีฮาย งานจะเริ่มตั้งแต่ช่วงเย็นจนถึงประมาณเที่ยงคืนหรือตีหนึ่ง เนื่องจากช่วงเทศกาลมิวสิค เฟสติวัลนี้ ทางเมืองพัทยาได้ทำการกั้นถนนเส้นเรียบชายหาดเอาไว้ จึงไม่มีรถวิ่งผ่าน และ บริเวณทางเดินตั้งแต่ต้นถนนเรียบชายหาดพัทยาเหนือ ไปจนถึงแหลมบาลีฮาย มีสินค้าและอาหารนานาชนิดขายอยู่ด้วย

พัทยา มิวสิค เฟสติวัล ได้รับการจัดขึ้นจากการร่วมมือกันของจังหวัดชลบุรี เมืองพัทยา และการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) เพื่อกระตุ้นกระแสของการท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดชลบุรีและเมืองพัทยาให้มากขึ้น ซึ่งเทศการนี้เริ่มจัดมาตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ.2545 หรือปีค.ศ.2002 โดยงานที่ถูกจัดขึ้นนั้น มักจะอยู่ในช่วงเดือนมีนาคม เป็นระยะเวลา สามวันซ้อน และจะถูกจัดให้ตรงกับวันศุกร์-เสาร์-อาทิตย์เสมอ
