4. เมื่อน้ำเดือดให้ใส่ใบเตยลงไปแล้วปิดฝาหม้อทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 3-5 นาที (ตรงนี้จะช่วยทำให้น้ำเก๊กฮวยหอมขึ้น)
