ข้อ ๔ การส่งหลักฐานเพื่อพิสูจน์ข้อเท็จจริงตามข้อ ๓ ให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนส่งหลักฐาน
พร้อมคำขอจดทะเบียน ในกรณีที่ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนไม่สามารถส่งหลักฐานพร้อมคำขอจดทะเบียนได้
หรือประสงค์จะส่งหลักฐานเพิ่มเติม ให้ผู้ขอจดทะเบียนทำหนังสือขอผ่อนผันแนบมาพร้อมกับคำขอจดทะเบียน
และจะต้องส่งหลักฐานภายในหกสิบวัน นับแต่วันยื่นหนังสือขอผ่อนผัน
