การชำระเงินและโอนกรรมสิทธิ์

1. ผู้จะซื้อชำระเงินจองและทำสัญญา 10% ของราคาขาย

3.2 สมาชิกสมทบ ของคู่สมรส 1 ท่านตลอดชีพ (ไม่สามารถขายหรือโอนสิทธ์ได้)
3.3 สมาชิกจะต้องเสียค่าบำรุงรักษาสนามดังนี้
3.3.1 ฟรีค่าบำรุงรักษาสนาม 1 ปีแรก
3.3.2 ปีที่ 2 ถึงปีที่ 5 เสียค่าบำรุงสนามคนละ 5,000 บาทต่อปี
