วนอุทยานแห่งชาติภูชี้ฟ้า ตั้งอยู่ที่ตำบลตับเต่า อำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่มีชื่อเสียงในจังหวัดเชียงราย อยู่ในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ ป่าแม่อิงฝั่งขวาและป่าแม่งาว ฟ้าทอง มีพื้นที่ประมาณ 2,500 ไร่ โดยกรมป่าไม้ได้มีคำสั่งจัดตั้งเป็นวนอุทยาน เมื่อวันที่ 6 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2541 พื้นที่วนอุทยานเป็นยอดเขาสูงในเทือกเขาดอยผาหม่น ติดชายแดนไทยและสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว[1]
