คำนำ


สืบเนื่องจากที่รัฐบาลมีนโยบายส่งเสริมให้มีการลงทุนในประเทศมากยิ่งขึ้น กระทรวงการคลังจึงได้กำหนดมาตรการทางภาษี เพื่อสนับสนุนให้นักลงทุนจากต่างประเทศเข้ามาจัดตั้งสำนักงานปฏิบัติการภูมิภาคขึ้นในประเทศไทย

คู่มือฉบับนี้ได้จัดทำขึ้น เพื่อเป็นเอกสารแนะนำนักลงทุนที่สนใจเข้ามาลงทุนได้มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีในกรณีต่างๆ จากการเข้ามาจัดตั้งสำนักงานปฏิบัติการภูมิภาคในประเทศไทยให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

กรมสรรพากรหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า คู่มือฉบับนี้คงจะเป็นประโยชน์แก่นักลงทุนที่สนใจเข้ามาจัดตั้งสำนักงานปฏิบัติการภูมิภาค รวมถึงผู้สนใจโดยทั่วไปตามสมควร
