1.4 การบอกกล่าว
บรรดาคำบอกกล่าว หรือการให้ความยินยอม หรือความเห็นชอบใดๆ ตามสัญญานี้ ต้องทำเป็นหนังสือและจะถือว่าได้ส่งไปโดยชอบแล้ว หากได้จัดส่งโดยทางหนึ่งทางใดดังต่อไปนี้ คือ
- ส่งมอบโดยบุคคลแก่ผู้แทนที่ได้รับมอบอำนาจของคู่สัญญาแต่ละฝ่าย
- ทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียนตอบรับ
- ทาง e – mail หรือโทรสาร ในกรณีส่งทางโทรสารหรือไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จะถือเป็น
การส่งโดยชอบก็ต่อเมื่อได้มีการยืนยันเป็นหนังสือโดยเร็วไปยังชื่อและที่อยู่ของคู่สัญญา ดังต่อไปนี้
