เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมได้พบปะแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และประสบการณ์ อันจะนําไปสู่ความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยในลักษณะเครือข่ายและในเชิงบูรณาการร่วมกัน
