บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาเรื่องคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ศรีราชาแพคกิ้งวู้ด จำกัด มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท ศรีราชาแพคกิ้งวู้ด จำกัดและเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงาน บริษัท ศรีราชาแพคกิ้งวู้ด จำกัดประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานบริษัท ศรีราชาแพคกิ้งวู้ด จำกัด จำนวน 340 คน และนำแบบสอบถามที่ได้มาทาการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปคำนวณหา ค่าความถี่ (Frequencies) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Division) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทั่วไปของกลุ่มประชากร ตรวจสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ t - test และ One-way ANOVA หรือ F test โดยใช้ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 (ระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่ 95%) ผู้วิจัยได้สรุปและอภิปรายผลตามลำดับดังต่อไปนี้ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
