ขอแก้ไขข้อบังคับในส่วนของการแต่งตั้งกรรมการท่านอื่นเพื่อทำหน้าที่ลงลายมือชื่อแทนกรรมการผู้จัดการ โดยให้กรรมการผู้จัดการเป็นผู้มีอำนาจมอบหมายให้กรรมการท่านอื่นทำหน้าที่แทนเป็นการชั่วคราว
