5.กรณีคนพิการหรือผู้ดูแลคนพิการเลิกกิจการก่อนสิ้นสุดสัญญา ให้นายจ้างหรือสถานประกอบการ
ต้องจัดให้มีคนพิการหรือผู้ดูแลคนพิการรายใหม่เข้ารับสิทธิแทนภายใน 45 วันนับแต่วันที่คนพิการ
หรือผู้ดูแลคนพิการแจ้งเลิกกิจการ
