ในกรณีที่มีพนักงานได้รับบาดเจ็บหรือมีอาการป่วย ถ้าเป็นกะกลางวัน ให้รีบแจ้งกับ Supervisor หรือถ้าเป็นกะกลางคืน ให้โทรหา Medic ก่อนเป็นอันดับแรก ห้ามนำส่งโรงพยาบาลด้วยตนเองโดยไม่รู้สาเหตุ ซึ่งสามารถโทรหาร Medic ได้ตลอดเวลา
