สภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2557 (31 กรกฎาคม 2557 – ปัจจุบัน) เป็นสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติชุดที่ 6 ของไทย จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติหลังรัฐประหาร และได้ประกาศใช้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย (ฉบับชั่วคราว) พุทธศักราช 2557 แทนรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2550
มาตรา 6 ของรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับชั่วคราวกำหนดให้มีสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติทำหน้าที่แทนสภาผู้แทนราษฎร วุฒิสภา และรัฐสภา มีจำนวนสมาชิกไม่เกิน 220 คน โดยมีหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติเป็นผู้เสนอชื่อ ซึ่งในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2557 พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวมีพระบรมราชโองการโปรดเกล้าฯ แต่งตั้งสมาชิกจำนวน 200 คน แต่ต่อมาลาออกจากตำแหน่งหรือปฏิเสธตำแหน่ง 8 คน และได้มีพระบรมราชโองการแต่งตั้งสมาชิกเพิ่มเติม 28 คนในวันที่ 25 กันยายน
วันที่ 8 สิงหาคม 2557 สมาชิกนิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติได้มีการลงมติเลือกประธานและรองประธาน ผลปรากฏว่าศาสตราจารย์พิเศษพรเพชร วิชิตชลชัย เป็นประธาน สุรชัย เลี้ยงบุญเลิศชัย เป็นรองประธานคนที่ 1 และพีระศักดิ์ พอจิต เป็นรองประธานคนที่ 2
