จากที่พวกเราได้ไปสัมภาษณ์เจ้าของร้านอาหาร. เราพบว่า ปัญหาหลักๆของร้านมีอยู่ 3 อย่าง. อย่างแรก ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่กว่า 70% เป็นนักศึกษา ทำให้เมื่อมหาวิทยาลัยปิดเทอม ร้านอาหารจะขาดรายได้อย่างมาก. อย่างที่สอง ร้านค้าอยู่ลึกและหายาก ทำให้นักศึกษาใหม่หรือคนทั่วไปไม่ค่อยรู้จักและหาไม่เจอ

อย่างสุดท้าย เป็นส่วนที่เป็นปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุด นั่นก็คือ ร้านอาหารต้องจ้างหนักงานจำนวนมากเพื่อให้รองรับจำนวนลูกค้าที่มีจำนวนมากเพียงช่วงเวลาเดียว ทำให้มีต้นทุนที่สูงและใช้งานคนได้ไม่เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
