2.รับเครื่องดื่ม แนะนำรายการเครื่องดื่มที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า เช่น “วันนี้ขอแนะนำเครื่องดื่ม เป็นชามะนาวหรือแป๊ปซี ค่ะ/ครับ” (ในกรณีมีเครื่องดื่มใหม่ให้พนักงานแนะนำตาม Suggestive selling ประจำเดือน)
3.ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าไม่พร้อมสั่งให้แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบว่า”อีกสักครู่จะกลับมารับรายรายการอาหารค่ะ/ครับ”ในกรณีถ้ามีลูกค้าจะสั่งรายการอาหารทั้งหมดก็สามารถสั่งได้เลย โดยให้พนักงาน CSR แนะนำตาม Suggestive selling.
หมายเหตุ ให้สังเกตเมื่อลูกค้าต้องการจะสั่งอาหารก็ให้เข้าไปขออนุญาตรับรายการอาหารจากลูกค้า(โดยไม่ต้องให้ลูกค้าเรียก) “ขออนุญาตรับรายการอาหารค่ะ/ครับ”
4.ทวนรายการอาหารที่ลูกค้าพร้อมทั้งแจ้งเวลาอาหารหลักให้ลูกค้าทราบ
5.ขออนุญาตเมนูค่ะ/ครับ(กรณีลูกค้าต้องการดูต่อก็ยังไม่ต้องเก็บทันที่)
