We are going to start the tax court hearing against Indonesia Customs Office in November 2015.

Based on our discussion with our consultant, we need a statement letter issued by Thai Ministry of Trade from Phuket province.
The statement letter must follow the attached draft since the previous one does not have the statement of "X" mark equal as "WO".

Therefore its is very important for us to have the letter in a timely matter.
If the customs refuse to issue the letter themselves Vanich may issue the letter (signed and stamp) but it needs to be verified (signed and stamped) by the appropriate person in Thai Ministry of Trade Phuket Province.

The one who sign the previous letter is Ms. Supakit Kliangsong. Trade Senior Professional acting as Director of Commercial Phuket Province.
