บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องขยายตลับลูกปืนต้นทุนต่ำ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเครื่องขยายตลับลูกปืนที่มีขายตามท้องตลาด ใช้หลักการของกระแสไหลวน ซึ่งจะช่วยทำให้ตลับลูกปืนเกิดการขยายตัวด้วยการให้ความร้อนเพื่อที่จะนำไปสวมเข้ากับเพลาได้อย่างสะดวก เครื่องขยายตลับลูกปืนนี้ควบคุมการทำงานด้วยไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ PIC 16F877 ซึ่งควบคุมอุณหภูมิในการใช้งาน โดยเลือกทำการทดสอบใช้กับตลับลูกปืน 3 ขนาด ได้แก่ ตลับลูกปืนขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางรูใน 40, 60 และ 75 มิลลิเมตร ซึ่งใช้กับแกนเหล็กสวมขนาดเล็ก กลาง และ ใหญ่ ตามลำดับ จากการทดสอบแสดงให้เห็นว่า การทำงานของเครื่องขยายตลับลูกปืนที่ออกแบบสร้างขึ้นนี้ตอบสนองตามต้องการคือ สามารถทำให้ตลับลูกปืนร้อนได้ตั้งแต่ 60 -110 องศาเซลเซียส และทำให้ตลับลูกปืนขยายตัว สวมเข้ากับแกนเพลาได้
