จิรประภา ดีงามเลิศ 2559: ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง) บริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต(การจัดการ) โครงการจัดตั้งภาควิชาการจัดการและการบัญชี คณะศิลปศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทางประชากรศาสตร์ที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง) 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ บุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง) จำนวน 347 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Analysis) ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) การทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติ t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (1 Way-ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ Simple Regression
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 67 ซึ่งมีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.9 ซึ่งมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.8 ซึ่งมีสถานภาพโสดมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.4 และมีรายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 15,001-25,000 บาท มากที่สุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.6
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง)ไม่แตกต่างกัน และเพศ สถานภาพสมรส ความต้องการทางด้านร่างกาย ความต้องการความปลอดภัยและความมั่นคง ความต้องการความผูกพันหรือการยอมรับ ความต้องการได้รับความนับถือยกย่อง ความต้องการความสำเร็จในชีวิต ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรกรมป่าไม้(ส่วนกลาง)แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
