บ้านหลังงามที่ตั้งอยู่ท่ามกลางดงดอกไม้นานาพรรณ ที่กำลังส่งกลิ่น หอมตลบอบอวลไปทั่วทั้งบริเวณเป็นของพ่อม่ายหนุ่มรูปงามผู้มั่งมีคนหนึ่ง เขาครองตัวเป็นโสดอยู่มาได้นานวัน นับจากที่ภรรยาสุดที่รัก ของเขา ได้เสียชีวิตลง เหตุเป็นเพราะเขารักลูกสาวคนเดียวของเขามาก เธอเป็น เด็กหญิงที่มีหน้าตาน่ารักน่าเอ็นดูเป็นที่ยิ่ง เธอคนนั้นมีนามว่า " ซินเดอเรลล่า "
