Just wana add some points, back in CBT i was able to craft a silver grade card (Mau Commander Card, Lv 32) with 5 random cards and alot of normal+ cards. Me and my friend were unable to combine cards that we have already combined. Meaning to say we were unable to combine 4 normal+ cards and 1 silver grade card.

Then again it could be the issue that there were difference in the grade of the card. Hope this helps.
