จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1.)เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในมาตรการในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของบริษัท ปิยะมิตร กรุ๊ป จำกัด 2.)เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังในมาตรการในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของบริษัท ปิยะมิตร กรุ๊ป จำกัด 3.)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจและความคาดหวังในมาตรการในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุของบริษัท ปิยะมิตร กรุ๊ป จำกัด โดยแบ่งมาตรการออกเป็น 5 ด้าน ด้านมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ ด้านการศึกษาความปลอดภัย ด้านมาตรการในการแก้ปัญหาการประสบอันตรายจากการทำงาน ด้านการสอบสวนอุบัติเหตุ ด้านการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย
กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นพนักงาน ของบริษัท ปิยะมิตร กรุ๊ป จำกัด จำนวน 453 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม โดยการแจกแบสอบถามให้กับพนักงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ และร้อยละ สถิติที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติ (T-test dependent) ผลการวัดระดับความพึงพอใจในมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ จากการศึกษา พบว่า พนักงานผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีระดับความพึงพอใจในมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ ของพนักงาน บริษัท ปิยะมิตร กรุ๊ป จำกัด ทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจและในมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ ของพนักงาน บริษัท ปิยะมิตร กรุ๊ป จำกัด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านมาตรการการป้องกัน ด้านการศึกษาความปลอดภัย ด้านการสอบสวนอุบัติเหตุ ด้านการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
