ผู้ขนส่งให้สัญญาว่าจะไม่ทำการจำหน่ายโอนซึ่งเงื่อนไขนี้ และ/หรือ สิทธิหรือหน้าที่ใดๆที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือที่เกิดขึ้นจากเงื่อนไขนี้ให้กับบุคคลอื่นไม่ว่าด้วยวิธีใดรวมถึงจะต้องไม่เอางานทั้งหมดหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งตามเงื่อไขนี้ให้ให้ผู้อื่นรับจ้างช่วงอีกต่อโดยมิได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจาก PTT.หากมีการกระทำดังกล่าว PTT มีสิทธิบอกเลิกเงื่อไขนี้กับผู้ขนส่งทันที
