บทคัดย่อ
ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือประชากรที่เป็นบุคลากรปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 130 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเท่ากับ 0.86 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. บุคลากรในโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง โดยภาพรวมพบว่าบุคลากรมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.77) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ มีความพึงพอในสูงสุดอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.96) รองลงมาคือด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และการเทียบโอน อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.88) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.78) ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.71) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.70) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.69) และด้านที่ต่ำที่สุดได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.64)
2. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมัธยมตากสินระยอง จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
