บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาผลของการเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพของสารเร่งไคโตซานและ
โกรออแกนิคที่มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้า โดยผู้จัดทำได้ทำการทดลอง 3 ชุดการทดลองแต่ละชุดการทดลองมีเชื้อเห็ด 3 ก้อน โดยชุดที่ 1 เป็นเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าบริสุทธิ์ไม่มีอาหารที่เลี้ยงทั้ง 3 ก้อน ชุดที่ 2 เป็นเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าที่มีสารเร่งไคโตซาน ก้อนที่ 1มีสารเร่งไคโตซาน 1 มล.ต่อลิตร ก้อนที่ 2 มีสารเร่งไคโตซาน 2 มล.ต่อลิตร ก้อนที่ 3 มีสารเร่งไคโตซาน 3 มล.ต่อลิตรชุดที่ 3 เป็นเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าที่มีสารเร่งโกรออแกนิคก้อนที่ 1มีสารเร่งโกรออแกนิค 1 มล.ต่อลิตร ก้อนที่ 2มีสารเร่งโกรออแกนิค2 มล.ต่อลิตร ก้อนที่ 3มีสารเร่งโกรออแกนิค3 มล.ต่อลิตร โดยควบคุมปริมาณของสารเร่ง อุณหภูมิ และความชื้นในแต่ละชุด ใช้ช่วงเวลาในการสำรวจการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้าตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน 2557 ถึง เดือน ธันวาคม 2557 ผลการทดลองพบว่าสารเร่งพืชไคโตซานและโกรออแกนิค มีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้า เนื่องจากสารเร่งพืชไคโตซานและโกรออแกนิค เป็นสารที่สกัดจากเปลือกกุ้งและผักผลไม้ ที่มีส่วนช่วยเร่งในการเจริญเติบโตของพืช จึงส่งผลให้มีการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้าได้ด้วย และอัตราส่วนของสารเร่งพืชไคโตซานและโกรออแกนิค ที่แตกต่างกันจะมีผลต่อการเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้าที่แตกต่างกันด้วย เนื่องจากอัตราส่วนความเข้มข้นที่แตกต่างกัน มีผลต่อปฏิกิริยาที่แตกต่างกัน จึงส่งผลให้การเจริญเติบโตของเห็ดนางฟ้าที่แตกต่างกันด้วย ซึ่งอัตราส่วนความเข้มข้นสาร(มล.)ต่อน้ำ(ลิตร)ที่มีผลมากที่สุด คือ 3:1
