บทคัดย่อ


สารนิพนธ์เรื่อง การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๓ ข้อ คือ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาสในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี ๒) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ ๓) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาส ในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม (Mixed - Research) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) และใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In- Depth Interview)

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ พระภิกษุและสามเณรจำนวน ๒๐๙ รูป ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการนำเครื่องมือที่ตรวจสอบแล้วไปทดลองใช้ (Try out) กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชากรในอำเภอพนัสนิคม ที่ไม่ใช่กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่จะทำการวิจัย จำนวน ๓๐ ชุด เพื่อหาค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Reliability) โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficients) ตามวิธีของ ครอนบาค (Cronbach) ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ ๐.๙๖๑ โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกทำแบบการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Sampling) โดยแบ่งประชากรออกเป็นกลุ่ม ตามคณะสงฆ์อำเภอผู้วิจัยได้ใช้แบบสอบถามที่จัดทำขึ้น เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมขอมูล ลักษณะของแบบสอบถามเป็นทั้งปลายปิดและปลายเปิด ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาความถี่(Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) และใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าที (T- test) ในกรณีที่ตัวแปรต้นมีสองกลุ่มและใช้สถิติทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F – test) เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจริงทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยมีผลนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด (Least Significant Difference : LSD)
๑. พระภิกษุและสามเณรมีความคิดเห็นต่อการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาสในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี นั้น ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย ( x¯ = ๓.๖๙) และเมื่อจำแนกเป็น รายด้านแล้ว พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาสในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี ด้านการปกครองนั้น โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก( x¯ = ๓.๗๓) เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละรายการ ได้พบว่า รายการอื่นมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ สุดท้าย ด้านสาธารณสงเคราะห์นั้น โดยรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x¯ = ๓.๖๒) เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละรายการ ได้พบว่า รายการที่ว่าด้วยดำเนินกิจการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ด้วยการพัฒนา สร้างถนน ขุดลอกคูคลอง เป็นต้น ในระดับปานกลาง ( x¯ = ๓.๔๙) ส่วนรายการอื่นมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ
๒. การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าอาวาสในอำเภอพนัสนิคม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล โดยรวม พระภิกษุสามเณรที่มี จำนวนพรรษา ต่างกัน มีการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในอำเภอพนัสนิคม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ สำหรับพระภิกษุสามเณรที่มี อายุ พรรษา ระดับการศึกษานักธรรม ระดับการศึกษาสามัญ ระดับการศึกษาเปรียญธรรม ต่างกัน การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในอำเภอพนัสนิคม แตกต่างกัน มีการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในอำเภอพนัสนิคม ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
ผลการศึกษาปัญหา บทบาทการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของพระสังฆาธิการในจังหวัดปทุมธานีพบว่า ๑) ด้านการปกครอง ไดแก่ ผู้ปฏิบัติการได้ปฏิบัติงานไม่ค่อยสมบูรณ์ตามนโยบาย ๒) ด้านการศาสนศึกษา ได้แก่มีบุคลากร แต่ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ในการอบรม ๓) ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ ได้แก่ขาดการอุปถัมภ์และการสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการศึกษา ๔) ด้านการเผยแผ่ ได้แก่ขาดพระผู้เผยแผ่ ๕)ด้านการสาธารณูปการ ได้แก่ขาดการวางระบบ วางแบบแปลน ๖) ด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ได้แก่ขาดทุนทรัพย์ในการดำเนินงาน
ข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ ๑) มีการอบรมผู้ปฏิบัติเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสมบูรณตามนโยบาย๒) ควรส่งเสริมด้านการเงินและสวัสดิการแก่บุคคลากรด้านการศึกษา ๓) คณะสงฆ์ควรให้อุปถัมภ์แก่พระภิกษุสามเณร ที่กำลังอยู่ในช่วงของการศึกษา ๔) การศึกษาทำให้พระมีความรู้ และการเรียนรู้ ๕)คณะสงฆ์ควรวางแบบแผน แผนผังในการดำเนินการก่อสร้าง ๖)จัดการหาทุนมาดำเนินงาน
