ทุกๆวันจันทร์ที่บริษัทจะประชุมและฉันก็ต้องเข้าประชุมด้วยเพราะว่า
ฉันมีหน้าในการับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าและจัดซื้อสินค้า ในการประชุมฉันต้องจดบันทึกการประชุมในส่วนที่ฉันมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ จุดบกพร่องที่ต้องแก้ไข บ้างครั้งอาจจะมีการทำงานที่ผิดพลาด จึงต้องได้รับคำแนะนำในการทำงาน และฉันต้องรู้จักพัฒนาในการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น

และการทำงานในส่วนนี้ทำให้ฉันรู้ว่าภาษาอังกฤษสำคัญมาก เพราะทุกวันๆฉันต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับคนจีน และในการทำเอกสารทุกอย่างต้องใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ

ฉันได้รับโอกาสที่ในการดูแลเจ้าของโรงงานจากประเทศจีน ที่มาดูงานที่ประเทศไทย เป็นเวลาสามวัน ในการทำงานกับคนจีนมีความยากในการทำงาน เพราะบางครั้งเราอาจจะสื่อสารไม่ค่อยเข้าใจกัน มาตราฐานคุณภาพสินค้าไม่ตรงตามที่ตกลงกันเอาไว้ แต่โดยรวมถือว่าดี

การทำงานเราต้องมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีไม่ว่าจะเป็นเพื่อนร่วมงาน หรือว่าโรงงานในประเทศจีนที่ผลิตสินค้า

การทำหน้าที่ของฉันต้องมีการทำงานทีม เพราะฉันต้องคุยกับพนักงานที่ตรวจสอบสินค้า ต้องคุยกับคนขายสินค้า และทุกครั้งที่มีการโอนเงินสั่งสินค้าก็ต้องคุยกับพนักงานบัญชี

ในการทำงานที่นี้ทำให้ฉันรับประสบการณ์มากมาย

ที่มีประโยชน์ต่อตัวฉันเอง

ได้รับความรู้มากมายที่หาไม่ได้จากในห้องเรียน

ทำให้เป็นคนมีความรับผิดชอบมากขึ้น
