ข้อ 2. กำหนดระยะเวลาแห่งสัญญา
ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงให้สัญญานี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลา......4.... ปี

3.3 หากเกิดกรณีวิกฤติค่าน้ำมันปรับตัวขึ้น-ลง ตามสภาวะการณ์ ทางผู้รับจ้าง จะมีหนังสือแจ้งปรับราคาค่าขนส่งแก่ผู้ว่าจ้างเพื่อพิจารณา ทางผู้รับจ้างจะไม่มีการปรับราคาค่าขนส่งเองโดยพละการ นอกเหนือจากได้รับการยืนยันตอบรับเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ว่าจ้างแล้วเท่านั้น
3.4 ในระหว่างสัญญา ห้ามมิให้ผู้ว่าจ้างเรียกใช้ผู้ให้บริการรายอื่นในการจัดส่งสินค้า ซึ่งทำให้ทางผู้รับจ้างเกินความเสียหายและสามารถเรียกร้องค่าสินหาย ค่าเสียโอกาสที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้รับจ้างได้
ข้อ 4. สิทธิ และหน้าที่ของผู้ว่าจ้าง

ข้อ 6. สิทธิ และหน้าที่ของผู้รับจ้าง

ทั้งนี้ หากผู้ว่าจ้างประสงค์จะใช้รถยนต์นอกเหนือจากเวลาตามที่กำหนดไว้ในวรรคแรก ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหารถยนต์ตามความประสงค์ของผู้ว่าจ้างหลังจากที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้ว่าจ้าง โดยผู้ว่าจ้างจะชำระค่าจ้างเพิ่มเติมให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างในอัตราที่ได้กำหนดตกลงกันตามเอกสารเสนอราคาค่าขนส่ง
6.3 จะตกแต่งรถยนต์ รวมทั้งจัดหาสิ่งอำนายความสะดวกในรถยนต์สำหรับการทำงานที่จ้างให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้างให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสัญญานี้
