ผู้จะขายได้รับเงินมัดจำไว้ถูกต้องแล้ว
3. ถ้าผู้รับซื้อผิดสัญญาไม่ไปทำหนังสือสัญญาและจดทะเบียนรับซื้อตามกำหนดในข้อหนึ่ง ผู้จะ
ซื้อยอมให้ผู้จะขายริบมัดจำ แต่ถ้าผู้จะขายผิดสัญญาไม่ไปทำหนังสือสัญญาและจดทะเบียนขายตามกำหนด
ในข้อหนึ่ง ผู้จะขายยอมให้ผู้จะซื้อฟ้องศาลบังคับให้เป็นไปตามสัญญานี้ และยอมใช้ค่าเสียหายให้แก่ผู้จะ
ซื้ออีกเป็นเงิน 300,000 บาท (สามแสนบาทถ้วน) อีกส่วนหนึ่งด้วย
4. ผู้จะขายจะต้องไม่ติดจำนองกับธนาคาร
