ทุกคนทุกชีวิตเกิดมาล้วนมีเป้าหมายในการดำเนินชีวิตเพื่อความก้าวหน้าและมั่นคงในชีวิต มนุษย์ทุกคนมีความคิดเป็นของตัวเอง มีความต้องการที่จะประสบความสำเร็จในชิวิตกับอาชีพที่เลือก ซึ่งเราต้องหาวิธีหรือหนทางใดในการทำให้ตนเองประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพ เราควรทำอย่างไร?
การที่จะประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพ มันไม่ใช่เรื่องยากอย่างที่หลายๆคนคิด ทุกอาชีพล้วนมีความยากง่ายในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน เราควรเปิดใจต่ออาชีพที่เราเลือกและทำงานด้วยใจที่รักในอาชีพนั้นจริงๆ เมื่อมีปัญหาเข้ามา เราต้องใจเย็นและใช้สติปัญญาในการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรอบคอบ และข้อสำคัญเราต้องใช้ความรู้ที่เราได้ศึกษามาใช้ประโยชน์และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงที่สุด ไม่นำความรู้ที่ถูกต้องไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดทำให้ผู้อื่นเดือดร้อน ทั้งนี้เทคนิคหรือสิ่งสำคัญที่ทุกคนควรมีในการที่จะประสบความสำเร็จในอาชีพ มีง่ายๆด้วยกัน 3 ข้อ คือ ข้อแรก ตั้งใจและรักในการทำงานที่เลือก คือ ตั้งใจทำงานออกมาด้วยความรักความใส่ใจเพื่อให้งานออกมามีคุณภาพ ข้อสอง ขยันและมีวินัย คือ เราต้องทำงานด้วยความไม่ย่อท้อไม่เกียจคร้าน มีวินัยตรงต่อเวลา ข้อสาม มีความอดทนพยายาม คือ แม้งานจะเล็กใหญ่ ย่อมมีอุปสรรคปัญหาเกิดขึ้น ซึ่งเราต้องมีความอดทนในการต่อสู้กับปัญหาและพยายามหาวิธีการในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงงานให้ดีขึ้นอยู่สม่ำเสมอ
