UTAC Thai Limited formally NS Electronics Bangkok is Thailand’s first IC assembly and test manufacturing company affiliated with UTAC Group in May 2006. Responsibilities:

• To improve manufacturing process capability to detect any defects and prevent the customer from non-conformity product
• Ensure all products are manufactured according to the specification
• Analyze and disposition the non-conformity product or process
• Initiative, verify and validate for corrective and preventive actions to address the products or process’s problems
• Modify the necessary systems including policies, practices and procedures to prevent recurrence of the problem
• Train and review manufacturing operators on quality specifications, standard procedures and work instructions
• Perform and experiment to optimize machines or processes’ parameters including direct and indirect materials for substitution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, majoring Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, IE, Chemical, Applied Physics or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing field
• Strong analytical ability
• Experience in IC manufacturing or electronics industry and knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE and MSA would be an advantage
• Good command of English
